How to order a virtual number?
Inside your personal account, there is a tab ‘Phone numbers’,
where you can order virtual numbers.
How can I make a call?
You can use your Softphone to make calls
(Microsip, Zoiper) or use the webphone in the personal account.
Where can I call?
You can call anywhere. When you sign up, you automatically have access
to our standard routes around the world. If you would like to improve your
connection, please contact our support team.
Where can I find the data for connecting to my softphone or trunk?
In the ‘Users’ tab, the user has a ‘SIP device’ with the necessary data
for registration (SIP login, password, domain). Trunk connection is possible
via SIP friend connection.
How many registration lines are available to me?
1 line is available. To expand the lines, please contact
our support team via telegram.
What are the features of your telephony?
Supervisor and call listening functions in the Statistics tab-Monitoring,
downloading records, statistics, API. Auto-calls, robocalls, IVR, and more.
What statistics or analytics are available?
A list of all calls, statistics on employee activity by day,
and detailed analytics from filters.
Can I create multiple teams and permission groups for employees?
Yes, you can set up permissions and access to the personal
computer for employees. The tab ‘Users - Permission group’.
What payment methods do you accept?
